Directly linked to the Saudi Youth Association of France, St. Paul 's Hospital began providing medical services to the poor and vulnerable communities of Wan Chai and Happy Valley in 1888. It was relocated to the current location of Causeway Bay in 1916, the hospital was remodeled as a new hospital, including the site of the old days, and was officially designated as St. Paul's Hospital in 1918 and opened a new hospital in 1976.
